[SOLVED] Unable to use restore points

Hello, I have experienced this a few times. I'd use the Recovery Options or repair disc and go through the Advanced troubleshooting options and tried each one and too cumbersome procedure but it's worth trying. It's also advisable to have image backups of your hard drive. For me, this works...

Can't use the internet on my phone

Hello, It's a common issue. Try changing the security option in your Router's settings (WPA, WP2 or mixed). Also, try changing the radio channels (2.4 and 5 GHz). Please post an update. 2xg (Ray)

For what ever reason that might be, any ISPs can do such a thing. Again, they may or may not inform you. :grin1: If you can't find any other router, and if you're allowed to fiddle with the router settings as I can tell that you do..... backup the current setting and do a reset to the factory...

I'm thinking that Virgin must have placed a cap restriction during that time. You may try to experiment around that time and not to use any of those activities that hogs the bandwidth but other web apps that doesn't utilize that much data. You may also contact you ISP, and I don't know they will...

What internet activities (e.g. gaming, video streaming, etc.) are you on during the disconnection? How many Members around that time are heavily utilizing the broadband connection?

Hi there, If I may jump in.... I don't know if you have tried uninstalling the Webroot by running this utility. Do you have any outdated AV or Security programs installed, remove them as well? Interference might also be an issue - nearby small appliance, electronic and wireless channel...
