    I highly recommend you run Malwarebytes scan, an ESET online scan and TDSSKILLER at this point...most viruses these days install other malware and virii!

    You may want to try driver version 314.22 It seems there are lots of this type of problem. Maybe even see what the latest the laptop manufacture has for the device. Sometime laptop drivers...

    Have you already run (from an admin command prompt) Chkdsk c: /r and Sfc /scannow ?? With those BSOD's the chkdsk is especially important.

    Sorry, "Blue Screen of Death" == BSOD You can try this: Restart your PC, BEFORE windows starts to load, hit F8 repeatedly...you should get a menu...choose "Safe mode with networking" Login...
