    Hello

    Hello to everyone. I'm Jon from Wales in the UK. I have posted here before and you were very helpful in solving a seemingly unsolvable Windows Update problem, and well, I've got another problem so thought it was polite to introduce myself

    I think I'm reasonably computer savvy (I passed A+ and Network+ technicians courses, some years ago though), and although I don't currently work in IT, in social settings, I seem to be the guy that people gravitate to to discuss their problems with their laptop I'm probably stronger on hardware problems than the inner workings of Windows, but I try to help where I can :)
