    Hello to all

I am new to this forum and am looking at becoming a little more proficient at computing through learning from others. I do enjoy building (when the budget allows) and fixing friends and family machines when asked and when I can of course.

I do look forward to being part of the forum though I will admit to not being any form of expert at anything.

Nobody is when first starting out so you have something in common with everyone else. I learn much of what I know by researching solutions for other people's problems.

Thanks for the welcome and I am again no expert but have been on a couple of other forums for a while so I suppose you could call me nearly semi literate.
