    Howdy y'all from Texas

Newbie here. Dumb Jarhead. Don't know what the heck I'm doing. Trying to fix this issue of not being able to perform Windows updates. Niemito's (sp?) SFCFix sent me to you here. CBS.rar is rarin' to go. Can't find where I upload a "new topic" in her instructions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks. Appreciate it. I'm a newbie to the site and learning my way around, while trying to solve this hair-brained problem on my PC. Trying to uprgrade. I want to upgrade to Windows 10 while I have the chance.
