I'd like to introduce myself to this forum which I heard good things about just recently. I hope you can please offer me some assistance with my problem which has left me baffled.
My name is Ray from Cornwall. UK and I'm an old timer of 82 years of age. I got this my first and only computer in 2009. It has a Windows 7 SP1 operating system which started recently to malfunction, so I did a repair (upgrade) reinstall of Windows hoping things would correct themselves. Unfortunately they did not! I still have the Adobe problem
I found that to view video on websites I needed to install Adobe so I downloaded and installed it but, though it featured in my programs, I still could not view videos.
I ran sfc /scannow which came back as no file problems. Then I ran your SFCFix and that said there are 39 files corrupted which it could not repair. How do I upload the results to the forum please?
