Sorry, I've never used a program that updates drivers. I rarely update drivers. Go into Device Manager and see if the option to rollback driver is not grayed out. (Mine is because I haven't updated it.)
I'd say the first step is to go to the manufacturer's site and download the newest drivers for everything. If the computer is older, the dates of the drivers will likely be several years old. Put the drivers onto a USB stick for safe keeping.
Next, I'd probably use Revo Uninstaller to remove Driver Booster. It "might" remove the program and the drivers but I'm not sure on that.
Third, go through this procedure to install the drivers.
