Video slicing on Video streaming websites.

Hello. I am experiencing video slicing effects when viewing streaming video on websites (youtube, sling etc). I am not sure if the problem is my AMD GPU or the motherboards Intel GPU because I get the same effect on both. I have never been able to use Radeon settings to fix the problem because I think I haven't been able to install them correctly. It turns out that in order to install AMD drivers the process is to do this Clean Install AMD Graphics Drivers | Community. But I was advised at the windows update forum to come here instead for the problem. I also connect the PC to an LGTV 42 and I still get the same problem.
    These are my specs:
    Motherboard
    ASRock Z77 Extreme4 (CPUSocket)

Have you tried a different cord? You didn't say what you use to connect but maybe try an HDMI or an SVGA.
Also Please Download Speccy by Piriform to take a look at temps and voltages.

    • Please download Speccy System Information Tool and save it to somewhere convenient such as your desktop.
    • Close any programs that may be running including your browser and double click Speccy.exe to run the tool.
    • Watch out for any offers to install other programs such as google chrome and untick the box(es) if you don't want them.
    • Speccy will very quickly scan your pc and create a report.
    • Top left of screen click file and select Publish Snapshot...
    • Click Yes to proceed.
    • Copy the URL to your clipboard and paste it into your next reply.

There are s few things to point out on the Speccy Report. It looks like you have 2 antivirus programs enabled. Using 2 programs puts you at risk as they will cancel out each other leaving you less protected. Your CPU and HDD temps were very hot. You have 4 HDDs, 2 of which weren't identified, one of which is failing. Almost all the partitions have only 1% free space. Windows needs a minimum of 10% free space to operate correctly. The 2 that were identified are a Western Digital and a Seagate. Getting another HDD to move files onto may relieve the overheating some. The one that's failing appears to be a 3TB. What do you have for a PSU? Brand name, model and watts are very important.

EDIT: You should also get a can of compressed air and blow out your vents and CPU fan.

OK. My PSU is Model Number RX530SS. I have 2 antivirus programs: Avast and Malewarbytes. Only Avast is fully active and Malewarebytes is not providing real-time protection. I only use Malewarebytes free version and scan my system with it only occasionally. Do you mean windows needs 10% on the system drive or overall among all HDDs?

Please disregard on the 2 antiviruses. I saw that Windows Defender was activated but I didn't see that you were on Windows 7. On Windows 10 WD is an antivirus and a very good one. Each drive needs to have 10% free space to work the way it should. The disk that is giving a heat warning is a 3 TB USB but it doesn't provide the manufacturer. It also shows uncorrectable errors so you need to back up anything important and replace it ASAP.

Well the C drive now has the 10% free space and I still get the same problem. I have disconnected all other HDDs and will see about transferring that data to other HDDs.

    1. I usually have to install the video drivers manually through the device manager. Here's how you do that. Go to Control Panel, click on Device Manager, Then on your display adapter, right click and choose Update Driver. Then click on Browse my computer for driver software. Now click Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer. You should find the driver you downloaded. Click on it and then Next. This should properly install the driver.
