As noted here that case will support cards up to 420mm in length or 16 inches so you have lots of room. It is a pretty power hungry card so you must make sure your supply will support it too.

Also odd to me is the maximum resolutions. The ASUS claims 3840 x 2160 while the MSI claims 4096 x 2160. 3840 x 2160 is UHD-1 which is 16:9 while 4096 x 2160 is for 4K resolutions or ~ 17:9. It seems to me they should be the same. Oh well. And note for just a few dollars more (always the case) you can get the 4Gb version! At any rate, I emphasize again, this is a power hungry card so do make sure you PSU can handle it, and has the necessary 8-Pin PCIe connector too.
