Check each step carefully, given that I cannot see what you see.
- Open windows device manager.
- Expand IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers.
- Double-left-click AMD sata controller.
- Switch from general tab to driver tab.
You should see driver date 19 March 2015 and driver version 1.3.1.276.
If you click driver details, you should see amd_sata.sys.
- Click update driver button and then click search automatically for drivers.
It hopefully will choose the microsoft driver (storahci.sys) for it.
And it should change from AMD sata controller to Standard SATA AHCI Controller.
- If it's present another AMD sata controller, do the same with it.
- Reboot.
Before you do the following, I strongly suggest you get your precautions: system image (full or partial, i.e. the minimum partitions needed), backup your important files and a system restore point.
If windows shouldn't substitute the
amd_sata.sys driver with the storahci.sys driver, I'd try to
manually substitute the two amd sata controllers with the standard sata ahci controller.
