PC shows "other user" at login after factory reset

I'm having trouble accessing my pc beyond the login screen. I recently did a factory reset and now the only account that shows up is "other user". I tried to boot in safe mode but the monitor goes to "no signal" when it does as with command prompt, anything that would have it reboot. I don't know how to get past this and I tried to google it but it seems the only option is safe mode which I can't get to.

I wasn't given a windows 10 key license, a username or password. It just unlocked when I pressed enter before the reset. I was only given the pc when I bought it from craigslist.

If you did a factory reset, then it will reset all the settings to the factory defaults, including any users which were saved to the computer. What brand is the machine?

There is a hidden Administrator account which you can access and create a new user account from there.
