JDK 6 has reached end of public updates with the last release of that plugin being 1.6.0_45. (Java SE 6 Update Release Notes)

Is that correct? If so, it might not be possible to use another program. Is there another way you can get the forms you need? Obviously installing an older version of Java will put your computer at risk. You need to contact your health care provider and tell them, forms should be available as downloadable pdf forms that do not require installing out-dated or for that matter ANY version of Java. Like Corrine, Java has not been on our computers at home for a long time.
