Kernel event ID 41 error "System has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first"

Microsoft has published KB 2028504 on this subject - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2028504

Kernel Event 41 basically tells you that the system has suffered a hard shutdown. It could be a BSOD; could be an unexplained, sudden complete loss of power.
