Generally when you see drivers that Google has no idea about, check the following:
- Is the user foreign? If so, I've seen a lot of Chinese banks and such have their customers use encrypted USB token authentication (and software) that uses really old and problematic drivers.
- Malware.
- Again, foreign devices with really old drivers that never bothered to be updated. What's the info on the driver? Timestamp, etc?
Have the user create a restore point, restart, and then rename the driver from .sys to .bak, and then restart. Best case, nothing blows up. Worst case, something blows up... but we have a restore point!
