I am able to get to the desktop, but it is just blue screening now about a minute after reaching the desktop. I will try starting it in safe mode and see what happens.

Once you're in safe mode, uninstall your video card drivers and then boot back to normal. The issue should cease, and you should be able to install the latest video card drivers and restart and reboot successfully. Regards, Patrick

So I can't uninstall them. Not sure what to do next. Do I uninstall the Catalyst Control Panel?

If that's not listed, I believe AMD has changed their way of uninstalling drivers through what is known as the AMD Catalyst Install Manager. If you right click that in Control Panel and select Change, you can run an Express Uninstall which removes everything. Regards, Patrick
