Laptop shuts down when lid is closed!

I close the lid on my laptop, and when I return to the Laptop I find that it has Shut Down due to a BluScreen error, the Machine itself works fine and is yet to shut down whilst in use, only once the lid is closed. Any help on this matter?

Memory dumps blame athrx.sys - a driver component of your wireless networking.
Please:
- download a fresh copy of the wireless drivers from the Toshiba website
- uninstall the current wireless drivers from your system
- install the freshly downloaded drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's

Also, Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
