I've tried to do memtest, everything was fine... I've done hard disk check as well with positive results. I did format the computer plenty of time, doing clean install but I was still gettin blue screens at least once a week... since the problem was gettin worst and I tried to update to windows 10 and see if something changed... but still. I've done clean install of windows 10 also. I did followed your steps with SFCFix and this is the CBS after an "sfc /scannow": Download cbs.txt from Sendspace.com - send big files the easy way I'm begging for your help!
