The SysnativeFileCollectionApp application doesn't work for me. He tells Me waiting system information, I let him run for more than half an hour and nothing.

There doesn't look to be any dumps, did you use Ccleaner, disk cleanup or similar tools by any chance?

No, I didn't use any of those tools. Thanks a lot.

    Re: BSOD on Windows 10

It's difficult for me to look at the eventlog, since I can't read your language, to find any possible reason, if there are any, as to why there are no dumps, could you run the memory test linked in the BSOD posting instruction.

    Re: BSOD on Windows 10

I think it was solved by changing from the BIOS the speed of the video card. I put it in Gen 3 and they didn't return the blue screenshots.

And you can not use a translation service like Google? Or is there someone in the Forum staff who understands Spanish? Thanks a lot. Best regards.

Great to hear the problem is solved!

It takes a lot of time to use Google translator or similar translators for the data the eventlog has.

Hello, thank you very much. I've already removed Comodo firewall.

Monitor your system for crashes now and report back if you encounter any.

    Re: BSOD on Windows 10

    Hello Solitario,

I've had a look at your crash dump and there are indications that your antivirus and firewall software are causing problems. I would recommend that you uninstall COMODO Internet security and also the EMSISOFT Anti-malware programs. For now you should use Windows Defender as your anti-virus and the built in W10 Firewall while troubleshooting.

    Code:
    fffffd04`b49c6f48 fffff803`3fe76628Unable to load image epp.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for epp.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for epp.sys

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for cmdguard.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for cmdguard.sys
Run your system without these programs for a while and see if it stops the BSOD.

    Re: BSOD on Windows 10

Sorry, I didn't see softwaremaniac had already responded. If you thought you had removed Comodo there are still drivers left behind that are loading - you may need to manually remove the ones highlighted in red above. The same applies to EMSISOFT.
