BSODcollection app hung "waiting for Systeminfo" for about 2hs now... in the meantime I attach a kernel dump: dump.rar · OS - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista ? 10 · x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x86 · What was original installed OS on system? i assembled it · Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? retail · Age of system (hardware) quite old... about 9 years · Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? this win10 is about 2 years old · CPU athlon x2 6000+ · Video Card geforce 9500gt · MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop) asus crosshair · Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this one)generic 500W · System Manufacturer i assembled it · Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom) · Laptop or Desktop?desktop

Wait for the System Information pop-up to finish, it could take up to 15 minutes, then zip the folder and upload it. Last edited by a moderator: Nov 5, 2017
