....I then reinstalled Windows, and removed everything from my PC. No fix here as I continued to crash, though with less frequency. Instead, it freezes but allows me to move my cursor around.
Given that you reinstalled Windows (which you say did not help), I would have to say that we're looking for unknown hardware failure here.
....[ran] Memory diagnostic tool, Standard test completed but crashed upon reboot, extended test got stuck mid way through...
It sounds to me like you ran the Windows onboard memory (RAM) tester. Not the best test to use.
Run memtest86+ - run 1 stick at a time; alternate the slots -
Test RAM With Memtest86+
7 passes minimum per stick per slot.
....Running sfc/scannow, found corruption but didn't fix it ...
How sure are you that the DVD or USB that you used to reinstall Windows was OK? You should not have corrupted files after a fresh install (per SFC). Something is wrong somewhere - whether it be the device that you used to install Windows (USB/DVD) or your system is suffering from unknown hardware failure. Possibly the RAM was unable to properly hold kernel code during the installation of Windows; the HDD is bad; could even be an issue with the motherboard, PSU, etc... - any hardware part.
I ran the 5 BSOD dumps provided in the attached zip file.
Here are the results of those 5 dumps:

Please note that "memory corruption" does NOT necessarily mean bad RAM.
I see that you have several HDDs/SSDs installed.
Make sure that the firmware is upgraded for the SSDs - *VERY IMPORTANT *
Code:
120 GB Corsair Neutron GTX SSD
http://www.corsair.com/en-us/blog/2013/may/the-corsair-ssd-toolbox
Premier Pro SP900 Solid State Drive | ADATA
We need to check the hard drives next.
HDDs..
Code:
7.26 GB SanDisk Cruzer USB Device (USB stick - test it anyway)
1 TB WDC WD10EZEX-60WN4A0
500 GB TOSHIBA DT01ACA050
For each of the 3 HDDs, run SeaTools for DOS, LONG test -
https://www.sysnative.com/forums/hardware-tutorials/4072-hard-drive-hdd-diagnostics.html
Run a separate test for each HDD.
Which is your OS drive?
The dumps really told us nothing. Unfortunately, the dumps are incapable of telling us which piece of hardware has failed. Dumps are only good for figuring out software problems.
Were all of the drives present when you reinstalled Windows?
Please update the SSD firmware, run SeaTools for DOS on each HDD; run memtest86+.
