I have a computer that BSOD with Critical Process Died - Then it reboots - It is a cycle of every three min - I tried to run the prefmon command but there was an error. It seems there's a newer version on your manufacturer website (for your model), therefore if you need it you can reinstall it later.

Are you using two antiviruses? (avg and mcafee) I saw you are using Driver Agent: try to roll back the drivers, using the original ones.
