Hello everyone. Lately i've been getting the BSOD about a clock interrupt on secondary processor. I believe it might be my cpu but I rather let the pros verify for sure before I take action. I built this rig and have had it for 4 years so far. I have had some BSOD before and I encounter there was some overheating so I corrected that and it was working fine and still runs fine now but when I game it seems the BSOD have been happening a little more often as of late even starting right as I turn on the PC and run the game. To answer the question on the post for info on my PC:
· OS - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista ? Windows 7
· x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? 64
· What was original installed OS on system? Not sure but had windows 7 the whole time on this PC
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? Its is OEM
· Age of system (hardware) 4 years
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? I reinstalled the OS once when a piece on my ssd broke where my OS is installed. This piece kept the power cable from staying on the ssd so I RMAed it and got a new and reinstalled OS. This was about a years ago.
· CPU- 3820
· Video Card- HD 7970 AMD
· MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop) Asus Sabretooth x79
· Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this one) Corsair 750w
· System Manufacturer - Windows
· Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom)
· Laptop or Desktop? Desktop
