I'd re-try:

Remove the dust from inside your pc, especially from fans and air slits.
Apply a new layer of thermal past/compound on the cpu.
Clean the slot and the gpu card connector.
Try to improve the fan settings and/or their position inside the case (or get better fans, if they don't suffice).

If that won't work, try to uninstall kaspersky completely (you can always reinstall it later, after the problem will be solved, if possible... Right?).

If that won't work, did you try Radeon Software Crimson Edition Beta 16.2.1 for hd7450 and windows 7 x64 (click)?

I did try all of them but fail.

Clean the dust on GPU fan and some other dust ---> restart ---> monitor become black and " amd driver stop responding and has recovered " pops out several times ---> BSOD

Uninstall current amd driver ---> download and install Radeon Software Crimson Edition Beta 16.2.1 ---> restart --> " amd driver stop responding and has recovered " ---> monitors turn black and return to normal several times ---> BSOD

Uninstall Kaspersky --> vit registry fix to remove registry files ---> restart ---> uninstall amd driver ---> vit registry fix to remove registry files ---> reinstall the normal one ---> restart ---> " amd driver stop responding and has recovered " ---> monitors turn black and return to normal several times ---> BSOD

I think I may need to reinstall the OS if the problems still can't fix.

Any other suggestions or I am going to reinstall OS tomorrow.

I still believe the problem is caused by software, e.g. microsoft or amd as I can watch even hd videos under VGA mode.

Anyway, I'll try to reinstall OS later on.
