Ok so I noticed when I was running my monitors at different refresh rates and tried to watch a movie on the one with the higher refresh rate it would be extremely laggy, the lag stopped immediately after I would turn the refresh rate down so it matched the other monitor. So I started trying older drivers and I did end up finding one that gave me no lag when running the monitors at different refresh rates. Haven't had a BSOD yet, so maybe that was it.
