The utility of SysnativeBSODCollectionApp.exe doesn't finish operation independently and doesn't create the zip-file. Therefore I added the SysnativeFileCollectionApp folder to archive.

Проблема в том, что у меня периодически возникают BSOD, в основном проблема в ntoskrnl.exe, но понять из-за чего я не могу. Прошу помощи в решении данной проблемы.
Утилита SysnativeBSODCollectionApp.exe не заканчивает работу самостоятельно и не создает zip-файл. Скорее всего причина в том, что она ожидает какое-то финальное состояние от SystemInfo, но т.к. система на русском языке, то не может получить это состояние. Поэтому в архив я добавил папку SysnativeFileCollectionApp сам.
