interactive logon process initialization has failed vista32 (with event logs)

The message above appears with an OK button. After pressing OK, it processes and redisplays the message. The system will not provide the logon screen with any mode (safe mode command prompt is a no-go), last known good configuration doesn't work. The system was memtest'd for hours without error, the hdd had a single-digit number of bad sectors (granted many files can span a few sectors) and was copied flawlessly to a new drive to be sure the problem was avoided. The damage may be due to the previous drive, it appears it was not widespread and I would like this to be corrected as opposed to reinstalled.

Per this post (Interactive logon process initialization has failed in Windows Vista) and those that follow, I have the event viewer logs. Can someone tell where how to diagnose the issue or look at the logs? They are uploaded here: View attachment 14216

I will donate for fast assistance. Thanks in advance.

P. S. I know a failing HDD is a bad omen, please save the explanation, the drive was minimally affected.

Most likely a bad install, any chance you can reinstall?

If the OS was corrupt due to a bad disk, and you transferred the install, then it will still be corrupt.

That was understood. It was the very reason I am here requesting assistance in identification of the corrupted files. Can anyone offer guidance in where to diagnose post-gui bootup failure or offer greater assistance?

You can run sfc /scannow in an elevated command prompt, let me know the results.

Normally, yes. You cannot log in with any mode. That is why the event logs are included.

Didn't get my coffee.

I forgot to mention, those logs are corrupt.
Can you upload the logs again? Preferably in a .zip folder.

We need to try and get into Windows to run sfc, is there no way you can get them?

It isn't corrupt, its a 7-Zip file renamed with '.zip' because this website doesn't take 7z. Open it with 7-Zip and it is fine. I tested it with 7-Zip 15.05.

Jared the zip is too small to upload. I can send it to filedropper or something if you'd like. The 7-Zip file does work.

The file [limitation] is too small (typo). If the file is in ZIP format with highest compression, it exceeds this website's maximum size. Here it is as ZIP on Filedropper: Logs.zip :: Free File Hosting - File Dropper: File Host for Mp3, Videos, Music, Documents.

It doesn't have to be a .zip, I just said it was preferable.
Use 7z or .rar files if needed and I'll take a look.

I realize you don't spend a lot of time on these (by your own admission). Everything needed has been here for weeks. The files are too large a ZIP to send here and the file was sent as a 7Z with the .ZIP extension to fool the site. Open the file I uploaded with 7-zip and everything is available. Please contact me directly (as I did you, weeks ago) if this is yet unclear. I am not trying to be rude I just don't understand why nobody can understand~.

The very first post has everything needed, download the attachment, right-click it and rename, remove the .zip extension or just right-click the file and 7-zip->open archive (if it is installed with global context menus active).

I can't find much about winlogon not starting.
In fact, there's not much in the event logs themselves. If you cannot access sfc, or start at all, then there isn't much left in terms of options but a clean install.
