Not sure yet why a single letter user name is an issue with the app, but -- It is the parenthesis in the username that batch & possibly VBS would object to. Here is a work-around: Activate the Hidden Admin user account -- it's name is "Administrator" Windows 8/8.1 - https://www.sysnative.com/forums/wi...ministrator-user-account-windows-8-1-8-a.html Windows 7 - https://www.sysnative.com/forums/wi...rator-user-account-windows-8-1-8-7-vista.html Log on to the "Administrator" user account; run the Sysnative/jcgriff2 BSOD Dump + File Collection app; upload the zip(s).
