Stop: 0x000000C9 No sys files are listed. Second BSOD with Verifier. Stop: 0x0000000A I have attached two minidumps. Win7 sp1 Pro 32bit. Click to expand... I don't know if you realize that the machine we were working on on March 30th was my desktop named Docfxit. And you did such a good job on that one, I decided to let you have a crack at fixing this laptop called DocfxitLt. I have now removed ZoneAlarm from my Laptop. I do follow your instructions.
