Update: Ok, I waited a few hours and started it up again. Ran fine for a half hour or so, was able to save a backup of some of my work files. I didn't see anything in Event Viewer, but not sure where to look either. Is there a place in the BIOS or somewhere that would keep logs of shutoffs like this?
It then happened again, I counted 35 long beeps, followed by it shutting off mid 36th beep. I assume this is the BIOS, I don't know what else it could be. Still no luck in my internet searches. I don't know if my motherboard is dying, my hard disk, or what. I have this SSD which I wish I could clone onto...if I just swapped it in blank would that fix a hard disk problem?
As another note, in conjunction with my other issues, the night before I reached a point of completely clean SURT, SFC, and Checkdisk.
Any help is appreciated thank you.
