I can't install updates. At first, I thought infection, however, I've run Avast and Malwarebytes and both come up negative. One small issue, I cannot seem to run a boot-time scan for Avast. When I attempt it, my computer just restarts, I see no activity related to a scan. Also, IE 10 wasn't loading pages due to the fact for some strange reason my LAN settings had "Use Automatic Configuration Script" checked with the following:
http://localhost:49533/redirect.pac. I unchecked it and IE is working again. Finally, my clock is off by 3 hours each time I start up my machine.
I did run SFC and but I couldn't attach the file so here are the relevant entries:
