However after I read the post from "Go to Power" I tried to locate those services he mentioned but I can't find two of them on my laptop. Block Level Backup Engine Service System Event Notification Service https://www.sysnative.com/forums/wi...p-restore-point.html?highlight=restore+points My question is, does all Windows 7 versions should have these services I am missing? I have a Windows 7 Home Premium x64.

Hi Sims ^_^, Could you please upload the ZIP file generated by the below utility? https://www.sysnative.com/forums/bs...ng-instructions-windows-10-8-1-8-7-vista.html Even though you are not experiencing any BSODs, that ZIP file provides us with valuable information which could help in diagnosing the problem. Let me know how it goes ^_^ -Pranav

You would find a SysnativeFileCollectionApp folder in the Documents folder of your User Profile. Kindly ZIP that up and then upload it here. -Pranav

The Perfmon report it generates the info in danish language so I don't think you can use it, other tests for RAM and HDD have done and it has no problem.
