Select Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Notifications. Under Allow, you will find a list of websites that are currently sending you notifications. Select the three dots next to the website from which you want to stop receiving notifications and select either Remove or Block. Another thing to check at edge://settings/content/notifications is to turn off the first option, "Ask before sending (recommended)" which indicates it it will block if turned off. If you are still having the issue and are logged on to a local account, try the same steps with your Admin account.
