Thanks for all in advance, since a couple of days browser Edge stopped syncing in my machine as you can see from the image it´s getting an error and when i try to start the session in my account it appears the blank window where i should fill my credentials, i've tried several solutions so far even restoring windows from media creation tool, it runs a couple of times and then bam here we go again...any suggestions(?) I'm running windows 10 version 22H2 OS 19045.4170

PS: in my wife's Capturar.PNGmachine (Win 10) everything works fine in my account...thanks in advance

In the Edge address field type edge://signin-internals hit Enter.

Give me a screenshot of the message, please.

Also, type edge://extensions hit Enter. Please, post a screenshot of that as well.

Thanks in advance xrobwx71, there they are.

Hello.

Did you try to repair Edge?

Go to Settings (Windows key + letter i), then Apps and Apps and features. Find Microsoft Edge, and click on the 3 vertical dots at the right. Choose Modify and then Repair. Restart, and check if the issue is still there.

Thanks in advance ET_Explorer i've tried them all except for the last one but the weird thing is when a try to re-sync i get a pop up blank window where is supposed to enter my microsoft credentials...🤷‍♂️

Thanks for your support, xrobwx71. I'll try your suggestion. I just reinstalled Windows using the media creation tool (once again 🙄), checked the Edge sync several times, and it's working fine. If any issues occur, I'll try your link or consider giving up Edge on this machine.

Hi
Thanks for your reply.
I understand that you are experiencing a white screen issue on the login page on Edge. For now, this is a known issue and the development team is currently working on fixing it. You can wait for the next update to address it. Alternatively, you can temporarily uninstall the recent updates to see if the problem disappears.

Thank you for your understanding and

Answer from Microsoft team...(Windows 🤪)

Good afternoon to all, the problem described in this thread is only affecting the "portuguese package language", Microsoft is aware of the bug and recommends that users experiencing the issue change to "english package (USA)". 😉
