Hi Aura, Attached you will find the requested log file. FYI.. I started the installation about 5:30pm and it ran until approx 3:30am this morning. A bit longer than 15-20 minutes. :huh: I appreciate all your assistance in getting this issue figured out! Thanks, Stan

I tried the Windows update after SFCFix and it still fails.

I downloaded SCFFix and ran it on the laptop. It says it fixed the corruptions but the Summary also says that Some corruptions could not be fixed automatically and to see advice from you guys. Is there additional steps that need to be taken? Thanks, in advance for your assistance! This is...
