It isn't limited though on another laptop. Or am I missing something here?
It worked before as a ~60MB drive and even does that as said multiple times on another laptop.
Also I can put another sandisk in it and it works on ~60MB, so to me the port isn't bad or corrupted. Even the sandisk isnt...
Only have this in BIOS. Not much on enabling 3.2 or anything else.
Can update BIOS though as I see an available update in MSI Center.
But as mentioned above, another sandisk flash drive can run on 65MB.
It's only this sandisk drive that only has 15MB and on another laptop 65MB.
Tbh, not thinking...
Did and same. Although working on another laptop @65MB/s
But I used another flash drive (same type) and it's now also @65MB on that 'slower' laptop. Wasn't before some days ago as they were all at 15MB/s speeds.
So only this particular one works on 15 and on 65 on another laptop. Really weird...
Same 15 MB/s
On the otherhand (but not affected by this all above) didn't yet mentioned that copying from sandisk to machine is ~38MB/s . Maybe this is important to know.
I now have this - see img - when I windows+r and run Cleanmgr /sageset:65535 & Cleanmgr/sagerun:65535 in the box.
So I just toggle all the boxes? And also the the clean up system files?
Think I mentioned already that I tried Hard Drive Enclosure for M.2 NVMe & SATA with USB 3.2 & 10GGbps Transmission, FE2025
with my Kingston m.2 500gb in it and same 15MB/s speed. Iirc I had speeds above 300...
Yea I know the last 3 ones were not needed bcs they were in optional, so I thought well maybe it can help. But that was already after the problem existed.
The problem date occured aorund 04.10 iirc.
Can i redo to f.e. 04.10 without losing data etc?
Sry but nothing to do with brand new flash drives since the one using (and other ones tested) work fine on another pc.
Don't think the ports are broken. Imo just some bad update of w10. But hard to figure out which one(s).
Also imo when usb ports are broken they wouldn't be working 'fine' on...
