Windows 7 x64 crashes alot lately please help

the ram is brand new i ran 2 passes no problem just installed it today..and no my username is not from the band :)

Windows 7 x64 crashes alot lately please help

ok i reinstalled windows to windows 7 pro..updated my drivers and still getting this...my memtest gave me lots of errors so i replaced the ram now no errors on ram however still getting bsod...here is the files Please help

Windows 7 x64 crashes alot lately please help

My system for the last couple days has been crashing alot i am posting the files here please help thanks. I have already removed all antivirus programs and ran chkdsk /f and no problems on hard disk found..I have also verified all drivers are up to date. If i missed one let me know...
