Such an error in your case almost certainly means a damaged or dirty CD. First, clean the CD gently with a clean cloth and water, then see if that improves things. If not, then you could try one of the many CD recovery programs available. - I use IsoBuster, but Nero also do one, as do many other...

As you probably noticed, MGADiag isn't a whole lot of use in diagnosing problems with Office 2010 and up - because these versions use a different scheme for activation to the earlier ones which MGADiag was designed to analyse. I too have an Office 15 folder - additional to my Office 2010...
