Windows Update and Store fail to Download

So I originally had a virus and I think we've resolved most of my issues. Mail, Store and defender Firewall all appear to be working again. My current issues are that windows updates fail to download. Microsoft Store fails to download anything.

Thanks. I managed to restore Mail, Store, Defender Firewall, etc. My issue now is that Windows Updates fail everytime. And store won't do downloads. Other than that things seem to be much better.

So I ended up at some point maybe 2-3 weeks ago getting a virus on my pc. Seems it's disabled all the security and I can't enable any of it. It was blocking me from viewing any antivirus websites but I found a work around to get to them and I ran several which seems to have cleaned up some...
