Well, I'm responding from Windows 10....While playing Diablo III my computer shut itself down. When I rebooted, the install began and here I am. Thank you for your help! :lol:

It went through the installation process painlessly...until it started the "clean-up" where it promptly froze and crashed

i have installed the media creation tool on my flash drive, I will try reinstallation when i get home from work. I am sorry that it takes so long between my responses, I work second shift and get home about 11 pm EST.

The file was actually here C:\$Windows.~WS\Sources\Panther instead of C:\$Windows.~bt\Sources\Panther

I'm trying to update to windows 10, but after I select "accept" at the terms page, it begin installation and fails. I tried to gather the required info with the SFCFix.exe and that keeps failing as well, something about no internet connection or not having an updated version. Please help?
