Windows Server 2022 Server (KB5035857), error 0x80073701 from Windows Update

Seeing that sfc /scannow and dism checks have not resolved the issues, then I am assuming that there is no fix for this and I'll be looking at a re-install?

Have attached the necessary files, if there are any missing please let me know. SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING was noted in the cbs log, but am unsure as how to resolve. Have already gone through the usual sfc /scannow and dism checks. Hope you can assist. Thank you
