Update to Windows 10 caused unformatted partition?

Hi, I just updated from Win 8.1 to Win 10. Seemed to have worked as it should. But I discoverd I cannot acces my D: partition anymore; I get an notification saying the drive is unreadable and has to be formatted. The partition is located on my Main SDD, together (obviously) with my C: boot...

Since about a week Windows won't get into sleepmode any more. If I try to use sleepmode, Windows seems to do so, but instead of that the system shuts down. This takes about 2-3 minutes and in the meantime the HD activity led on my system is quite busy. This happened once in a while the last...

Unfortunately I'm getting an error code: 0X80073701. And the message 'the assembly which is referred to cannot be found' (or something like that, had to translate it)...
