ty you all for the help, but i have a new laptop now.. u all have been wonderful to work with, and ty u all for everything yall have done to try and help me.. the other laptop completely messed up on me and i still have it but i am going to use it for parts.. thanks again, thanks for your time.

Advanced Systemcare Ultimate it is paid for, it also has a virus scan, it found 143 malware, and cleaned them, well can we also check for virus?

the tdsskiller took 7:57 to finish and did not find any threats, should i run everything again, and post the stuff up here again?

i just got a malware program and ran it today, so i dont know if it helped or not, i am going to run the tdsskiller, working on that now, the windows defender i can not get i dont have black cds nor do my usb ports work at the moment.

quick question, i have been looking at the device manager and my PCI Modem is not up to date is there a way to fix this, i have been looking for a way to fix it, it will not update, i am using windows 7 home premium on a dell inspiron 8600.
